2. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer resident in the EU and conclude a contract online, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
3. Exercising the right of withdrawal

5. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
For the refund we will generally use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Digital services and early commencement
Caralto is a digital service. If you expressly request that we begin providing the paid features before the withdrawal period expires, this may affect your right of withdrawal.
7. Cancellation of subscriptions
Cancelling a subscription is to be distinguished from withdrawal.
Withdrawal concerns the original conclusion of the contract within the statutory period.
Cancellation ends an ongoing subscription for the future.
